Order Cancellations

White-Glove & Entryway Delivery
For large or delicate items, we offer special delivery services. White-glove includes in-home setup; entryway delivery does not. Be sure to measure your space. Fees may apply for returns due to fit issues.

Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect items on arrival. If damaged, contact us immediately or reject the delivery. We’ll replace or refund damaged items at no extra cost.
