Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

To start a return, please contact us at sales@roys-home.com or call 203-747-9767. Return instructions will be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards or store credit


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos and your order number.

  3. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.


Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • ROY’s Home error/damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs.
